A 90-180-day program is being created from initial seed incubation to funding and acceleration. We shortlist businesses which we help with market collaborations and readiness. The local market is being checked for viability and product movement. Once the product is decided, we take them through planned incubation support and give them step-by-step business setup support. They are being trained in compliance and business formulation before proceeding with prototyping. An MOU is being signed with each Rural Startup, and 6 months are being given from start to go to market readiness. Exposure visits & business training for every enrolled candidate. Funding opportunities for startups who will require it. The entire program is being structurally marked. Every startup’s progress is being reviewed on weekly basis and once a month an all-start interaction program happens. By the end of 90 days our first pilot batch will speak about its progress and success stories and dedicated mentors are assigned. The next 90-180 days will be marked as accelerator mode where go-to-market strategies are prepared. Every startup is given 6 months – 1 year of incubation and handholding under structured capsule programs.
Capacity building of shortlisted women/men by providing them sessions on creating a complete business model- From Ideation to go to market stage.
Initially we can do with rural women/men but gradually we can pilot it for young rural aspirants boys and girls so that we can give them equal opportunity as they could have received in Cities.
Proper screening- Final screening of the women/men who are ready to take the next step of becoming serious startups and have idea of the product and the local market which they need to target.
Skilling and product prototyping- A small seed program to make the product and branding. Some sampling in the market to understand the product movement and also to give them a pre-induction to their post business ventures
